2 cups 'Kodiak Cakes' mix
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup frozen fruit of choice (I
used a berry medley)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 ½ cups brown sugar
3 ½ cups oats
1/2-3/4 cup milk (add as needed)
1/2 cup white
chocolate chips – optional
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Place in 9x13 greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
